I use about 2 teaspoons worth of the cookie dough mix and roll them between my hands until they’re smooth little balls. I like to take the time and portion the mixture into little cookie dough bites, and then keep them in a container in the fridge. *You can replace the honey with any sweetener that suits your diet, just be sure to add a bit more coconut oil if you’re using a powdered sweetener and the cookie dough seems too dry.
